You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, unopened and in its original packaging.

What can't be returned

Pouches opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons.

How

Email bonjour@pompoi.fr with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You'll be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the parcel.
