Our story
Born from travels and cooking classes
Years spent travelling Thailand from north to south. Hours in the markets, cooking classes with cooks who never measure anything and nail it every time. And every time we came home, the same frustration: those flavours were impossible to recreate.
That's how Pum Pui started: bringing back the essentials, so you can travel from your own kitchen.

How long does a box keep?+
Everything in it is dry: a box keeps for at least 12 months in a cupboard, away from light. The best-before date is printed on every pouch.
I can't handle spicy food. Can I still cook these?+
Yes. Every kit shows its heat level, and the chilli always comes in a separate pouch: add as much as you like, or none at all.
What else do I need to buy?+
Only the fresh and everyday things: meat or tofu, a vegetable or two, a lime, and depending on the recipe some coconut milk or noodles. The exact list is on each product page.
How many people does a kit serve?+
Each kit makes one dish for four. A gift box has three recipes: enough for a full Thai feast for a crowd, or three nights in a row.
How does delivery work?+
We currently ship to Mondial Relay pickup points across France, free from €39 and always included with gift boxes. Orders ship within 48 hours.
Where do the ingredients come from?+
From Thailand, picked on the spot from producers who export to Europe, and tested batch by batch. No animal products in the box.
