Terms of sale

These terms govern sales made on this website by [Full name of the owner, to be completed], trading as Pum Pui. They are a translation for convenience; the French version prevails in case of dispute.

1. Products

Pum Pui sells Thai cooking kits made of dry ingredients (aromatics, spices, curry pastes), recipe cards and access to videos, as well as gift boxes and Thai pantry products.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Delivery costs are shown before payment.

3. Payment

Payment is taken when you order, securely processed by Stripe. Your card details never pass through our servers.

4. Delivery

Orders ship via Mondial Relay. See our delivery page for costs and timings.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind (French Consumer Code, article L221-18), provided products are returned unopened and in perfect condition. Pouches that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (article L221-28 5°).

6. Allergens

Our boxes contain no animal products, but some contain peanuts, soy, sesame or gluten, and may contain traces of crustaceans when the producer also handles shrimp paste. Full allergen information is on each product page.

7. Disputes
